INSTRUMENTS EVALUATION
If you have found or inherited a string instrument but do not know its authenticity or value, send an e-mail to info@cremonaviolins.com. A team of skilled Master Violinmakers, members of the Consortium of Violinmakers, could view and evaluate it for you. Include high-resolution images to learn more about what may have aroused your curiosity. Our secretary will contact you with information about our terms of service and its cost.
VISITING A MASTER VIOLINMAKER WORKSHOP IN CREMONA
The Consortium of Violinmakers “Antonio Stradivari” – Cremona organizes visits to a Master Violinmaker's workshop: the luthier will explain the handmaking of stringed instruments. The visit will last about one hour; it can be organized for a single person or for a group or class – up to 10-12 people each group. For a larger number of people, we arrange visits to different workshops at the same time. The service is available in Italian and in foreign languages—according to the availability to be agreed upon at the time of reservation.
TRIAL OF “CREMONA LIUTERIA” INSTRUMENTS
Are you going to change your instrument? Are you looking for an instrument to change yours? The Consortium of Violinmakers “Antonio Stradivari” – Cremona can organize a trial of instruments with the “Cremona Liuteria” trademark at the showroom in Piazza Stradivari, 1.
THE CERTIFICATE “CREMONA LIUTERIA”
Each instrument with the trademark “Cremona Liuteria” is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity and Origin issued exclusively by the Consortium of Violinmakers “A. Stradivari” Cremona.
In order to have a confirmation of the existence of the Certificate of Authenticity and Origin and to receive information about the master violinmaker and the instrument, please send an email to info@cremonaviolins.com: a form for the request of the data collected in the certificate will soon be available online.
