Min Jeong Kang known as Mina Mazzolari was born in Korea in 1980.

Passionate for music she studies piano for many years, later she gets interested in stringed instruments and after finishing high school she takes the decision to attend the International Violinmaking School in Cremona.

She takes her degree in 2001 under the guidance of Lorenzo Marchi and after the training at Fabio Volta’s workshop, since 2002 she collaborates with Edgar Russ. Since 2009 she is co-owner of Sound of Cremona Srl.

In 2005 for the Cremona-Kremlin Project her cello has been chosen and played in several concerts by the first cellist of the Chamber Orchestra Kremlin, Maria Archakova.

She participates in 2003 and 2009 at International Competition for Strings Instruments winning in 2009 with a viola an honorary mention for her 4th position.
